Important Update

Our hotline team continues to work remotely and is focusing their time on helping our patients!  As the re-enrollment period is now upon us, our team is handling a higher call volume than normal. In an effort to assist as many patients as possible during this busy time, we would like to remind pharmacies, providers, and their staff to use our Pharmacy and Provider Portals rather than contacting a HealthWell representative through our hotline. If you have a question that cannot be answered by visiting the portal, please send an email to grants@healthwellfoundation.org. Disease Funds

Our Open Funds are now accepting grant applications.

Our Re-enrollment Funds are open only to patients who have had and used a grant with HealthWell in the past three years.

While we continue to manage the existing grants in our Closed Funds, they are temporarily closed to new patients due to lack of sufficient funding. Please continue to visit our Disease Funds page often, as replenished funds reopen as quickly as possible.  If you currently have a grant with HealthWell, your grant will remain active for the entire 12 month grant cycle or until you have exhausted your allocated grant amount, whichever comes first. You can continue to use your pharmacy card or submit requests for reimbursements during your designated grant cycle.
