When health insurance is not enough, we fill the gap by assisting with copays, premiums, deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses for essential treatments and medications.
You may qualify if:
You have some form of health insurance.
You must have some form of health insurance to qualify for assistance.
Your disease is covered.
Your treatment is covered.
Your income is within 500% of FPL guidelines.
Your income must be within 500% of FPL guidelines to qualify for assistance.
