Hello,
From my heart, I would like to personally thank the HealthWell Foundation team for all their support and help with my medication for amyloidosis. At 75 years old and being on a pretty tight budget for Debby (my wife) and I, your help was a prayer answered. As you are aware, cost for everything only goes in one direction — up. And, with social security being our main source of income, your help was so greatly appreciated.
I also want you to know that everyone at the HealthWell Foundation is in Debby and my hearts, thoughts and prayers daily. Please believe that, as we thank your organization and wonderful staff, you are all a blessing to us.
