HealthWell Foundation headquarters and hotline will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2026, in observance of the holiday and will re-open on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
On Tuesday around 12:00 p.m., we began experiencing some technical issues with our fax line. The issue has since been resolved and we are now able to receive faxes. If you submitted any faxes between Tuesday, February 10, starting at 12:00 p.m. ET, and Friday, February 13, up to 12:00 p.m. ET, please re-fax your documents to us at your earliest convenience.

If you have not received a response from our team or your submitted documents show as pending in your portal, please know these are in queue to be reviewed in the order they are received. Submitting multiple emails, portal messages, or phone calls adds time to the review process for our team and results in additional delays in our ability to respond to inquiries.
