I wanted to write to the Foundation to say thank you so much for the recent grant you gave me to help with my copay for my multiple myeloma maintenance.
My husband and I were delighted to finally reach 65 and Medicare age and then quickly dismayed to learn that not only would our previous assistance end once Medicare began, but just how expensive our portion of the payment would be monthly. Your grant means more than I can say. I do believe this drug has helped to keep me in complete remission since my bone marrow transplant in 2017 and I want to thank you for helping me be able to stay on it.
I think the work you do is amazing. The list of illnesses you help folks cover their copays for is incredible. Thank you again for myself and for all those other patients who find themselves in a similar situation.
