The Faces Behind the Voice – Meet Your HealthWell Specialists

As the first voice a frightened parent, or a patient recently diagnosed with a chronic or life-altering illness hears when they reach out to HealthWell, our Specialists represent hope, compassion, and comfort. They are the calming voice that lets them know, “We are here for you and we want to help!” They are the voices of HealthWell!

The individuals we serve tell us how grateful they are for the caring voice on the other end of the phone – the voice that takes the time to talk to them and guide them through the program, to answer their questions after they’ve received a grant, to provide other resources when HealthWell just can’t help, to offer hope when they feel like they have nowhere to turn. In fact, in 2017 alone, our HealthWell Specialists received over 290,000 calls – that’s an average of over 24,000 calls a month!

My team and I would like to thank our Specialists for being that ray of hope to those we serve. The next time you call to speak with a HealthWell Specialist, please let them know that you appreciate the work they do, too!
