Since our founding, more than one million people have counted on HealthWell for financial assistance to help them pay for life-changing and lifesaving medical treatments. Youll read words of thanks from a few of them in this annual report.Serving our one millionth patient was a major milestone for HealthWell in 2024, and we are honored to be a financial lifeline for so many in need. We also are humbled by the record-shattering support we received from our donors in 2024. We know it is a testament to our high ethical standards, financial transparency, and efficiency. While one million patients assisted is an important milestone, there are millions more who still need our help. As long as there are patients who need our services, we will continue to carry out our mission to provide a financial safety net for underinsured Americans so they can access critical, potentially lifesaving, medical treatments they otherwise could not afford.Thank you to our board of directors, corporate and contact center teams, provider and pharmacy network, and non-profit alliance partners for ensuring the patients who count on us can continue to do so.
