The HealthWell Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charity that relies on donations from individuals and organizations of all sizes. Your contribution to the HealthWell Foundation will directly support our core mission: to help patients afford the medical treatments they need. All donations to the HealthWell Foundation are tax-deductible.

Donate by mail:

To donate by mail, simply complete the donation form and mail with a check to the HealthWell Foundation at P.O. Box 4133, Gaithersburg, MD 20885-8416. Questions?  Please call (240) 632-5300.

Become a monthly donor:

For as little as $5 a month, you can help patients access their much-needed medical treatments. Once you decide how much to give, future gifts will automatically be billed to your credit card. Make a donation in someone’s name:

An Honorary or Memorial Donation offers a thoughtful way to honor the memory of a loved one or commemorate important occasions, such as birthdays and anniversaries, while supporting the HealthWell Foundation. You may even wish to make a contribution in lieu of gifts for birthdays, graduations, weddings, anniversaries or other occasions. Your generous donation in the name of a friend or loved one will directly support the HealthWell Foundation's efforts to help patients afford the medical treatments they need and lead healthier lives.
